This unit has two deep pans, and two 5 litre capacity tanks. Each tank has it’s own power supply and chord. As each side draws 2.4kw of power (4.8 in total) we recommend you use a separate circuit for each side to prevent electrical overloading.
The unit must be returned clean, washed free of oil and food remnants.
