Our linen tablecloths and serviettes are supplied by a linen service and the cost to hire includes the laundering of the items by the supplier.
You are not required to wash the linen.

As we do not hold extra linen in store, we do require definite numbers 3 days in advance of collection/delivery to ensure availability.
Should you wish to decrease the quantity after you have advised final numbers, we cannot return the linen to our supplier and therefore cannot give you a credit. Nor can we credit what you have not used on return.

Just a few things to be aware of…..
Wet linen will cause mould therefore tablecloths and serviettes should only be folded up when dry.
If wet linen is left on wooden tables, the wood can stain the cloth.
Candle wax and pen marks will stain tablecloths and hot wax will burn the linen.

A bond is applied when hiring linen. Should there be any damage to the linen, a replacement fee will be taken from the bond.
